Manages the day-to-day practice of the RPCS clinical educators.<br/><br/>Essential Functions:<br/>- Day-to-day management of clinical educators.<br/>- Collaborates with regional clinical operations leaders to identify emerging and existing clinical practice trends and issues.<br/>- Leads the planning and implementation of appropriate competencies, orientations, trainings to meet the clinical practice needs.<br/>- Develops and implements annual regional training plan for core and advanced skills (ex. pt. engagement, complex procedures, leadership, etc.).<br/>- Leads professional practice development in clinical professions.<br/>- Creates and implements nursing leadership development opportunities.<br/>- Leads implementation of the Kaiser Permanente integrated nursing model, core values and professional behaviors in assigned clinical departments across the region.<br/>- Partners with key stakeholders to offer career advancement opportunities and role support.<br/>- Creates continuing education opportunities.<br/>- Coordinate credit approval process through Virginia Nurses Association.<br/>- Facilitates student placements, graduate residencies, and Health Plan fellowships.<br/>- Other related duties as assigned.<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>Basic Qualifications:<br/>- Eight (8) years of clinical nursing experience.<br/>- Five (5) years of supervisory/management.<br/>- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required.<br/>- Master's degree in nursing or related field required.<br/>- RN License for DC and a Compact state (ex.
