Project Manager Lead Xcelys Aurora, CO

The position is part of the ROC Xcelys Programand will support the implementation of infrastructure and deployment of a National Claims platform. This project will consolidate all Claims systems throughout ROC Regions and streamline business practices across multiple departments and functions.

Essential Functions:
- Manages moderately complex projects or multiple simple projects.
- Develops solutions that align with strategic direction and standards.
- Completes components of the business case.
- Negotiates agreement on project schedule and budgets.
- Applies methods or recognized equivalents appropriate to the specific needs fo the project/client.


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or four years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum Five years Project Management experience.
- Understand all project life cycle phases and applies knowledge in the delivery of at least one phase of the project delivery life cycle.
- Understands and applies knowledge of change management process on projects.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification required or equivalent work experience specific to this area.
